Whis stamp book (blast) 2

Is anyone else struggling to proc this? I've used gigantic impact near a wall in every direction but seemingly nothing different happens

I got it in Rocky Land map 1v1. Use it in the bottom pit bit... Idea is he grabs their heads and grinds it along the wall b4 throwing them. Hope this helps

I did, it's kinda hard to do without some friend to play with online but what I did was play on Namek and keep shoving the bot into a corner until I could pop my sparking
