Unfortunately, this has led to all my replays having mismatched input timing, so what plays back is not what actually occurred during the match...
Full disclosure - I do have the framerate unlocked via the Engine.ini file, so I suspect that may have something to do with it.
Still... very disappointing...
These are the settings I'm using in the .ini (rather than locking to a higher framerate, which is known to cause in-game animations to slow down):
