Does Vegeta resist brainwashing?

I have done the Vegeta saga and I only need to finish 1 node, to unlock it I need to resist Babidi's brainwashing but I don't get the option to choose and it goes directly to letting me control him. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it a bug?

If you go a couple spots back on the map to where you face off against SSJ kid Trunks, you need to do that mission again and just beat the crap out of him without taking much damage yourself. They'll talk about going to the park if done correctly. After that you'll go automatically to the Babadi mission where you'll now have the option to resist.
