Dragon Orb, strange description

"This will lower the difficulty of the Secondary Clear Conditions, but the match will not be counted as a victory if you win. This effect will last until you win the battle."

What?

1. I don't see where you can find the clear conditions for a given mission

2. What's the point of using it? If it makes the secondary condition easier but nothing counts if you win, why use it?

1. You can try checking the "battle details" when you enter a saga episode and pause the game during a battle. I don't think it says the side objective immediately and may appear after clearing the episode the first time.

2. It just means it's "off the record" as a victory. You can still proceed with the alternate scenario. Some conditions are just real tedious to fulfill.
