See I dont play very many dbz/dbs games, but when i do i always love the story, or in this case: episode battles are way to hard, i mean. great ape vegeta had me break my mouse. this game is so hard i think that goku should have way more health than he does. but also buff the enemys health, these battles are too short. buff gokus damage. in other dragon ball games ive played great apes were never a problem, and now they are a threat? where does this come from? i understand making it harder but this is a different story, all im saying is please, PLEASE make great ape vegeta easier

I don't think this is necessarily the intended solution, but in my experience tonight, I would use a charged hit to knock him away, power up, and spam Kamehamehas.

I'd get a beam clash every few times, which dealt a substantial amount of damage.

It took a few tries, but got him.

Easiest way to beat it for me was to spam sparking mode, get close, use rush attacks, and move left and right to avoid his grabs, punches and beams. You can also throw in kamehamehas every time hes in recovery from using his beam attacks. Hope this helps!

He's one of the easiest fights in my opinion. Just use Sparking Mode, when you are in sparking mode your attacks bypass Super Armor. He really can't do anything to defend himself against you. Giants have always been cripplingly underpowered in the Tenkaichi games because of how large and slow they are. When you are about to leave Sparking Mode feel free to blast him with any Beam based Super or Ultimate; Rushes don't work.

Also beam clash with him. You get massive damage if you win the minigame and it's kinda easy to do since he choreographs his blast
