Spirit Bomb Glitch

When I try to use SB with Goku my game soft locks. Is there a fix for this? Can't move on from the Frieza fight until there is since you HAVE to beat with with it,

did you find the solution? i have the same problem and it won't let me follow the canon timeline with Goku

I have not found a solution for it. I'm sort of just hoping the upcoming patch fixes it. For now, I've been doing the other story modes. Sort of sucks, wanted to 100% Goku's before moving on, but oh well I suppose.

Same thing here. Stuck on the Freeza fight and had to redo the 1v5 Ginyu Force like 3 times because I kept doing the input without thinking LOL

Is the spirit bomb not apeaing as an attack or not letting you use it? if it's not apearing you need to survive the fight untill goku says he needs to use it, then when you enter sparking mode it will let you use it

we wait until goku says it. i waited until after he said it and even had frieza basically one shot but when i pull out the spirit bomb goku goes, “ill gather all my energy…” and before he finishes the cutscene it just stops and frieza knocks you out of it. ♥♥♥♥♥ hella annoying ive beat frieza like 6 times without it cus it simply wont let me use it.

I've had the same problem, Goku launches it and gets stuck in the animation. Even when frieza attacks me i can't get out of it.

I have this exact issue too. In every forum post on it you have some knob who is trying to explain you can’t use the skill until the dialogue you reach when Freeza gets to low HP. We know. The bug is with the spiritbomb mid cast locks up and the ball never spawns and you get stuck in pose while Freeza beats you to death.

It's not a bug, read the objective details and said the alternate win condition can not be completed at lower difficulty, seems I had some point misclicked and lowered the difficulty and worked just fine when I set it to default.

We aren't talking about the alternate win condition. That's easy to get. Just stomp tf out of Frieza, simple. However, upon USING the Spirit Bomb attack I'm essentially soft locked until I take a knock back attack. In order to complete the normal "canon" path with Goku you have to hit Frieza with the Spirit Bomb, but when I use it there is no Spirit Bomb and Goku is frozen in the throwing animation.

I did the same thing, very annoying.

idk man. when i did it, i didnt even have a special cut scene. i just did the spirit bomb when i wanted to and it did 99999 damage. i dont think you have to wait, just do it whenever you can, it was like, a one minute fight or something.

Did you change the Engine.ini file to set it to 30 FPS?

i found a fix dude just delete the 30 fps thing in engine ini first defeat frieza in slow motion ass battle using spirit bomb then enter the 30 fps again after u won
