All characters unlocked at start?

Im not sure if this is for everyone, but I kinda liked unlocking characters overtime, like smash bros or old DBZ games, just something to work towards, I wasn't sure if all the characters will be unlocked at the start.

all characters are not unlock at the start, only super gogeta and super broly will be unlock early if you bought the deluxe edition and ultimate edition

you probably have to do similar stuff to the challenges of the 3rd release

just a guess though

but if what if's scenario's in sparking zero will probably have unlockable character's in the dev made what if's scenario's

and other ways to unlock them
