Do we know what the Super Shenron wishes and ultimate upgrade pack contain?

Costumes, characters, items, stages, and maybe attacks too. We don't have a list of which specific among these it allows to unlock, but that's still a nice bonus to start the game with.

The ultimate upgrade pack contains special items to boost your characters. The edition also contains a costume for Goku(Super) with powerpole, and special attacks designed around powerpole.

It's not especially clear, but yeah, it all looks like in-game items that you can just get by grinding. I'm sure super Shenron is no different about unlocking things from Shenron. Item tiers may differ, but all the same, it's just less game to play that way.

i agree with the other comments my expectation is that it will be like BT3 where you have to collect dragonballs through fights or some other mechanic and you will get a chance at which shenron you get red, original or namekian etc

The Black Star Shenron isn’t in this. Only normal Shenron, Porunga and Zalama according to screenshots
