I already stumbled upon a site selling hacks for this game so I won't be buying this game. Hacking ruins the online part of any game.

There is 100% going to be hackers online. There was in XV2 and it was HILARIOUS to beat them. God mod, infinite ki? Let me introduce you to always stamina broken due to not knowing how to avoid it =P.

No hakers but you bet there will be people who will make the game offline mode and enter multi-player and get all the multi-player unlocks/coins and what have you . It's happened before
Also quitters galore and record preservation users in ranked

yes there will be hackers and they will take over just like every single release in the last couple years. at this point getting caught cheating should be a perma ban from the internet until you do a walk of shame like in game of thrones.

I've always liked how the Koreans tie their online gaming stuff to their social security numbers. SHAAAAAME, SHAAAAAAAME!

That may be a downside to not being a "traditional competitive" fighter, the fact devs may be slower to remove cheaters if they do at all. I saw some XV2 cheaters rage quitting on youtube lol.
You can always just get it on PS5 for a lesser chance of cheaters but there may be less players online overtime.

Yeah I'd perma-ban their IP from the game for the 1st offense, then all of steam if cheating online in multiple games. You have to be draconian with cheaters.

Yeah & it's funny when they do but that's every online game. Seems only Street Fighter, Smash Bros & Mortal Kombat punish them correctly.
SF you get a yellow or red card & can only match with other quitters.
MK you get the win & "QUITALITY".
Nintendo is so draconian they'll ban them for an hour or more, & it'll add up if they keep doing it (my lil bro tried lmao).
