That's a season pass included in the edition, not available at release. Dlc, like for any game, will be available later on.

It’s a good idea to check what's included before dropping $100 on something without looking into it first. Beast Gohan isn’t being shown because he's part of the post-launch DLC, and right now they’re focused on promoting the base game. The DLC will get its spotlight when the time comes, but they haven’t announced a release date yet.
