Majin Vegeta secret route help

Hello. How do I trigger the resist option? Do I have to start with C18??

I can't seem to get it to show up..

As far as the internet says:
You need to beat C18 to get the Parental route.
Trunks fight seems to be the trigger (?) so you have to play it and dont make him transform to chonky Trunks.

Then proceed the Story as it was canon (Beating up Cell and waiting for Final Flash to finish him) and the "resist" option should be possible now.

But that doesnt work.. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The internet guides are full of ♥♥♥♥ ngl.

Fight against Kid Trunks and beat the ♥♥♥♥ ouf of him without getting much damage- (Alt Condition). Both will be in normal state and Vegeta will tell Trunks they will still go to the Amusement Park.

After that you should see the "resist" option!!
