still cant download the game
it seems that me and some people that pre-ordered directly from bandai namco cant download the game, i have tried literally everything people have recommended.
my point is tho has anyone heard anything from bandai namco about this, i contacted steam support and they said to bandai namco, made a case there too but haven't heard anything back.
has anyone that has this issue heard anything from bandai namco???

i bought it off them too, no luck in downloading the game either. lmk if u find the solution pls.

I managed to download by Refreshing a bunch of times last night. Sign out and back in from steam and even restarted pc once

I bought the deluxe edition ahead of time and I can't play it :( On the product page it said that I would have access on the 7th and and its the 8th already and still no access >:(
same here, contacted both steam and bandai.

steam responded "testing starts on october 7th 3pm pdt"

it was the 7th at 7pm pdt when i sent them a support request.

I had the same issue, I used the remote download function from my phone and it worked

go in the games store, click on steam left top corner, go offline mode and wait 2 sec than back to online mode....

this is out of steams hands it seems like, i contacted bandai 6 hours ago and no response, hopefull you guys get better luck, though im better off pirating the game at this point, and i am.

Close steam from background and open it again

i submitted a case to bandai like 10ish hours ago and also haven't heard anything yet so idfk
