I tried so damn hard to defeat him and after about 30 mins gave into the "easier" modes and still got non stop spammed with beams for about 30-45 mins then gave up for tonight

I SWEAR i was hitting deflects and blocks at the right timings because when i was fighting with friends we were all doing perfect blocks left and right with the dope instant transmissions to behind for block/combo breaking attacks etc

but with Ape Vegeta its like all my blocks/deflects weren't like "frame-perfect" enough to stop his attacks and when I was able to activate solar flare I swear it just wouldnt "connect" like one time i was pretty much in front of his face, hit solar flare then tried to dash to build up ki and he INSTAGRABBED me while saying the "where are you" voiceline.....

even when I was able to dragon dash behind him he would IMMEDIATELY do a 180 and grab/beam attack me back to f*cking king kai's realm in the otherworld

i couldnt even charge up that much, he would just clap me the second i got out of dragon dashing and i wouldnt have a chance to charge ki

fights hard but not impossible. game just came out, explore the other modes like world tournament, try some online battling, master your buttons & timings then go back into it with a clear head, that's how I cleared it on regular difficulty.

I beat him in the ki overcharge mode cause all the hits enters well
