Bought the Ultimate edition from Bandai, can't access it.
I am in the U.S., I have confirmed the ultimate edition, I put in the codes from Bandai an hour before early access. Still can't access it. Tried all of the fixes, restarting Steam, clearing download cache, signing in and out, restarting computer, going offline and then online in steam. turning computer off for 2 minutes then turning back on, it doesn't show up in the steam app, trying to download from the Ultimate edition DLC page tells me its not available. I even tried reinstalling Steam.
It shows I have it in my library and the steam desktop site, but it isn't in the app and I can't download. I have the 5 DLC that comes with the ultimate edition and steam support shows me activating the codes for the ultimate edition. Still not there. Steam download server and country are set to the US.

or just run steam://run/1790600 it should enable the install button if you have the correct version.

No Dice, says its not released yet. I know I have the correct version, so the only thing I can think of at this point is that Steam thinks I'm European or something and will unlock it later tomorrow.

What I did was have remote download from the mobile app, which worked.

I'm on the correct account but I am family shared, however both accounts own the Ultimate Edition. The second account can play just fine, just not mine. I'd leave the family to see if maybe steam is getting confused, but I would be locked out from rejoining the family share for over a year. I appreciate the idea!

in that case just wait the 3 days, games with early access can't be family shared until the day they release officially, so if you bought it on two accs and it's in family library ur steam could be trying to use wrong copy which u can change when game is officially out.

that's a possibility anyways.
