AI goes from full on input reading to just standing there?

Anybody else experiencing this in fights during the story mode? Like they will be all over the place and just feels like input reading to just kind of doing nothing. Is there something broken here? I am staying at whatever the default is so it's not me dropping the difficulty after losing.

Oh 1000% it's been doing this, it's actually wild how much this game just straight up cheats you lol

It's definitely got a lot of system mechanics going on that nobody could have mastered yet, so it's definitely still worth just going in and training and trying to wrap our heads around how much is going on in this game though.

yeah thats the trade off. The AI will combo you down to your last health bar. Then, its your turn. To quote Thor, better go for the head, you wont get another chance.

yeah and with the stupid "Defeat x quickly" missions some what ifs are just stupidly hard to get
