Transformations?

I keep trying to figure out how to get it to let me transform in the world tournament and it won't let me anyone else having this problem?

yea it says hold up on the d pad but theres no transformation option coming up

i’m playing on classic controls so it might be different for the other controls

basically once you have at least 1 blast stock, hold the right stick and the transformations will pop up
