No audio in game

Is anyone having the same problem where they have no audio in the game? I've tried relaunching and restarting my computer as well as uninstalling but I still have no audio. Can anyone help?

Check output/input in your settings it might be automatically changing for the game

I also have no audio whatsoever in game...I've checked file integrity, uninstalled/re-installed, rebooted...nothing works.

I've searched on Youtube to see if there were ways to fix steam games with no audio but they are not working for this game specifically for some reason.

Unfortunately not. I've tried updating my audio drivers and changing the properties of my output devices but nothing has worked.

So I tried the game today and now the sound works all of a sudden. I dont know why. I did do a lot of sound troubleshooting yesterday because after having issues with sound in game in my latest attempt to troubleshoot, I started having issues with my audio in general as well. But I basically ended up going into device manager and deleting all the devices under "Audio inputs and outputs" and also those under "Sound, video and game controllers" that I felt could be the issue. I also checked the option to delete the drivers for the selected devices. Then, I rebooted and all the deleted devices were reinstalled. It wasnt until I disconnected and reconnected my speakers before my desktop sound came back, but I also didnt try Sparking Zero again until today, about 10 mins before writing this. To be clear, I had no desktop audio issues before that last troubleshooting attempt, which was like my 4th attempt to see if anything would work. I aslo started the game with my sound mixer open so I could make sure that the sound bar for system sound steam and the game itself were all enabled (not grayed out) and at 100. Good luck.

Glad to hear that it's working for you. It's still not working for me so I guess I'll have to stick with playing on the steam deck
