Bandai Deluxe Edition Won't Install/Download?

I purchased the Ultimate edition from Bandai on Oct 1st. I received my licenses and activated them today. I am STILL currently not able to see the download/install button through Steam.

Yes I have restarted my computer.
Yes I have cleared by download cache.
Yes I have made sure I have the correct edition.
Yes I have changed my download region.
Yes I have restart steam and my computer multiple times.
Yes I have enough storage to install the game.

There obviously seems to be a bug between purchasing the Bandai version and registering the game on Steam. How is no one from Steam or Bandai saying anything about this right now????

Turn off Pc and turn back on this just worked for me do not click restart click power off and wait 2 minutes before powering on

This same thing is happening to me right now, execpt I bought the ultimate on the bandai website. I have both bandai and steam customer support things open and I will help when I maybe get more info. If you don't hear from me I suggest doing the same and contacting bandai and steam.

I signed out then signed back into steam and that did it for me.

Bandai and steam both playing sparking right now they said they'll get back to me after the game comes out.

logging off and back on worked for me

Finally steam got back to me and basically said “wow weird bug, that sucks” and said to contact Bandai, of which I did already but tbh I think they’re a little busy playing their own game to help. (The devs are streaming the game)

I had the same issue when I woke up.
Very weird cause I had just started my PC well after the release time.

I restarted Steam and it worked.

Finally got my copy to work, okay what you’re all gonna do is attempt to purchase the game again on steam (any of the early access ones that show up) it won’t let you because you own the game. Next time you restart it might fix it. If not I am terribly sorry and you will have to talk to Bandai.
