Just spam Kamehameha (If you clash its better)
Kaoken when able.

Kite and bait his super then when he does it either side-dash with A/X (or block) and charge up your Ki until you can Kamehameha or even better, throw our Sparking. You can also counter with holding B/X or attempt to side-step him hit his back when he tries to grab you.

Perfect smash works pretty well for putting him on his back and giving you a few seconds to charge up for a kamehameha.

Once you get side stepping down just kamehameha and he'll usually clash it takes massive chunks of his hp

i think its retarded that they can spam attacks as soon as the match starts

wait for him to use his range attack and the moment he does just side step in either direction and then charge your ki till u get kamehameha and then he will do the range attack again and then side step + spam kamehameha him thats it.
