cant use genkidama vs freezer

Freezer need to be mid low hp for unlock genkidama

You need to get him low enough that it'll kill him then it unlocks and pops up saying "Ultimate Unlocked"

The same thing happens to me, I want to use the genkidama in the story and nothing happens, I thought it was because I was using low graphics but I already moved it to that section and the same problem continues
me pasa lo mismo, quiero usar la genkidama en la historia y no pasa nada, creei que era por usar los gráficos bajos pero ya le moví a ese apartado y continua el mismo problema

hola, yo pude solucionarlo, en mi caso, introduje una linea en el codigo del juego que bloquea los fps a 30, quite esa linea de codigo y ya funciono, despues de esa parte la volvi a colocar, si es tu caso pruebalo amenos que ya lo hayas solucionado :)

- Hello, I was able to solve it, in my case, I introduced previusly a line in the game code that blocks the fps at 30, I removed that line of code and it worked, after that part I put it back in, if this is your case try it unless you already solved it :)

Que tal gente , justo me pasa el mismo problema que ustedes con la Genkidama 😞💔 xfa alguien logró solucionarlo?
Porque empezaré a ver otros videos de fps o algo capaz eso solucione ese error 😞
