You do have 3 days of early access. It's just in place you live at this time it's hour X, while somewhere else on the world it will be hour Y.

It's not early access. The game releases in 4 hours. Standard edition buyers just receive delayed access. It is indeed scam and should not be a thing in gaming.

Because it's honestly more fair to have a worldwide simultaneous release then some getting it earlier or later.
