Bandai Namco Purchases - No Code Yet

Has anyone who bought the game through Bandai Namco's site for Steam got their code yet? I received the DLC code last week, but I still don't have the actual game code. I was just wondering if this was a common issue, I definitely got the version that said it included Early Access

Steam didn't have the Collector's edition that comes with physical merchandise, so I went through Bandai directly

man i didnt realise the collectors edition would send you a code out, i thought it was the base game so i didnt get it, wish i had now though the steel book will be well worth it, hopefully you get the code soon but maybe email them and ask just incase.

now its available the code i got released few hours ago! check in your account bandai in the section of purchase or probably u have got an email on your spam post

oh bro, i just looked on their website you don't get early access to the game its shown quite clear, you get everything except early access according to their website.

I imagine keys purchased on third party sites should be rolling out now, got mine from GMG a few minutes ago.

The comparison table on bandai namco store says that you will also get the 3 days of early access

I checked on the US site and it said 3 Days Early Access was included, but I just talked with Customer Support anyway and they said it won't be here for 2 days, and the code is on a physical card in the package, so I'll only get 24 hours of Early Access (Not counting the fact that due to when I normally go to sleep and work, it's basically only 2 hours early access) so I'm refunding that trash as soon as it gets here. I'm just gonna get the edition through Steam.

That collector's edition stuff isn't worth the extra price tag if it means cutting down the early access time arbitrarily

It was a Bandai exclusive on their website.
