Haha yeaah BUT when you do splitscreen you almost don't push performance at all,
So it's still a weird choise.
it is when they have to render 2 worlds ontop of eachother that stuff gets performance heavy.
And splitscreen kinda avoids doing that so i dunno why O.O
This is relevant because they did NOT plan to have local co-op initially, so none of that was done with local co-op/split-screen in mind, so the constraints of their architecture bare down on them as it wasn't planned.
nobody really understands the mysterious and elusive xbox programming.
i'm sure they'll add more maps for splitscreen eventually (for pc and ps only)
This makes alot of sense, Thank you!
Yes Hopefully they will do something about it in the future OR modders will do something about it,
i doubt that it will stay this way forever
Oh damn, really? i thought it was suppose to be the other way around. my bad i guess
To consoles that had no troubble running normal graphics
And now we are back to consoles having trouble running the game graphics again
We are gaming backwards ladies and gentlemen
You do, actually. You're rendering everything twice, not once, but twice. This is why they chose the HBTC instead of say west city, which has a ton of destructable objects.
You're not wrong, but the game wasn't made for PC's we are simply getting a PC version. So it would be silly to offer something that would require more development time, on a platform that wasn't the target in the first place.
