How can I preload this game?

I ordered the deluxe edition and the option pre load or access the game early is not available. I'm being told it's October 10th. Can someone help me please?

steam always says standard release date, you'll get the play button once you enter early access phase in your time zone

if its not in 2 hours at 6pm est, then it won't happen until release and early access for the higher tier editions

There was preload on PS5 and it crashed PSN. Lame they aren't doing preload for PC.

Advanced Access games normally don't have a pre-download on Steam.
Space Marine 2 and SAO Fractured Daydream are good examples. (Especially Fractured Daydream)

chances are, preload in like 10 mins or not getting to preload til a few hours before launch/on launch
