I would like to see the characters from the fan comic Dragon Ball Multiverse, Especially Universe 16 and 18 Super Saiyan Pan, Zen Boo, and Gast Carcolh. I saw a video of a Budokai Tenchichi 3 mod with U16 Bra vs U18 SSJ Pan so I am hoping whoever made that mod will be up to doing it for this game too.

Not a modder, but first thing I would love to see is Ultimate Gohan as a transformation for Adult Gohan instead of a separate character. And maybe the same deal with Kami Fused Piccolo too?

Goku that can transform into SS123, god, blue, UI, MUI.
why that isnt in the game is beyond me.
