How is early access going to work?

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition and I noticed that it still says "available Oct 10th". Is it just going to randomly give me a download option on the 7th or will steam update the time eventually?

so take this info with a grain of salt but we will most likely have the pre-download tommorow (MAYBE) since the game releases on the 7th at 6 pm EST timezone and most games release the day BEFORE its initial release

No, I spoke with a key selling site from my country and they told me that Bandai will not do preload for PC players, only console.

The former, you'll just be able to download the game in 1 day, 21 hours and 34 minutes

same i am waiting for allowed download to pop up and so far nothing. how can i make sure im slated for the proper region if that ends up being the case? {new to steam as of two weeks ago}
