The game's early access release time is October 8 at 00:00 am. So probably, the preload will be available on Monday, October 7 at 00:00 onwards.

Im downloading the game on my PS5 as we speak. The size is 27GB. Its open to predownlaod on consoles. I guess PC is not their priority.

There is no pre-download (preload) for Steam.
In Japan is already 07/10 and there is any preload.
It will be released for deluxe / ultimate version on 8th
