Deluxe version and season pass

I wonder if i get the season pass the moment it comes out or i get a code from steam that i got the deluxe version to use it on the SP once it comes out

The DLC/Season Pass isn't going to be out for a little bit longer. However, if you pre-ordered the deluxe or ultimate version, you get 3 day early access to the season pass/DLCs as well.

How do you know? We haven't seen any DLC characters in-game except for Daima Goku preorder bonus.

Im aware of it, its just when it comes out, do i get it immediately is my question. Cuz i seen certain ppl on steam saying they got a code and cant use it to redeem or something
