You do NOT lose out on anything, the market is designed to make you FOMO when watching gameplay trailers of the game, making you want it... But not having it isn't going to be the end of the world either.

we've seen gameplay and mechanics in play already, they even presented a demo on the venue, it's exactly what we've seen, and it's even better than what we've been asking and expected they would have to hide somthing real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ big to ♥♥♥♥ this up

It's nothing like Jump Force. This game is better. Stop stressing.

True, the only actual package value would be the delux due to having the DLCs so you don't have to get 'em later on for the same (or higher) price if at all, coz it may be left available forever to get those DLCs besides the ones after launch, offering most probably an upgrade option later on after launch even

It's also the number 2 top seller. Cause people are extremely hype for it from the gameplay alone.

A lot of passion was put into this game.

Nah man it's super fair to be worried, Jump Force was practically a scam imo. I'm waiting until the reviews drop before buying

Yeah it's sorta funny, you can tell who has played fighting games and who hasn't. People are hyped for SZ cuz they wanted it to be just a trivial arena fighter but whenever hardcore fighting game fans see Spike Chunsoft developing the new anime arena fighter it's basically a guarantee it's trash. I mean they made Jump Force and OPM a hero nobody knows, I love the IPs in both of those games but SZ isn't gonna be anything much more than a semi competitive arena fighter. It's its own niche and it'll be a good game but nothing that should be considered a comp fighting game.

Literally nobody wants or expects this to be a competitive fighter

Mmm guess people are just talking about "training in Budokai Tenkaichi 3" for no reason then, I mean the game's gonna be a 3D arena fighter. Won't be much more than that.

The people that are mad at competitive play are the same ones that will not pass 20-30 hours of game time. Players that will stick to the game will be moderately or severely competitive. Mods failed to understand this with Fighter Z and that's what killed it. Competitiveness is what allows fighting games to remain alive for years and years.
