As for character models, yeah. 3 isn't the only one lacking. Dragon Ball's original run happened back when designs for strong characters meant more than popsicle sticks for arms. For that matter, the reverse gravity wet dildo hair physics look unfinished, too. It's like they dumped all of their energy into the dramatic effects of the visuals rather than the actual visual quality of the game. The whole thing just looks as unfinished as Battle of Z.
I feel like a decisive artwork style would've helped prevent that as well as Toriyama's minimal affinity for the franchise.
Other then that looks like DBZ.
