I found a reddit post that was saying something about the 5th being the pre-load date, but I couldn't find any confirmation for it to say for sure.

Console pre load date is the 5th here we are still waiting to see if we also get to pre load, it should be available to consoles in aprox 15 hours from this msg posting

We are in doubt due to the game not being very heavy and Steam page mentioning nothing of pre load availability

Steam tends not to allow preloading for games that have advanced access, so I wouldn't get your hopes up
