Goku (Super) Power Pole Cosmetic exclusive to Ultimate Edition?

Does anyone know if the only way to get the Power Pole for Goku (Super) is through buying the Ultimate Edition? If so I think that's a terrible decision on Bamco's part.
I don't even know if shelling out the extra 40 dollars for the game and Super Shenron is even worth it since it's just a way to get random items or an unlockable character, but at the same time if I'm going to get the Deluxe Edition, would an extra 10 dollars NOT be worth it??

Honestly no one is sure but personally I’d love if it was exclusive but what I think they’ll end up doing is making it maybe a bit more difficult to unlock in the game

If you're thinking about Deluxe and Ultimate then just go with Ultimate. If it's about the money then stick to Deluxe.

Breakers eventually allowed the tao pai pai intro from the preorder to be purchasable in game. I'd imagine the same will happen with any cosmetics etc that are locked behind exclusivity for SZ, just not immediately I'd guess.
