Long answer: No, it's not
While I have u here, Deluxe? New to dragon ball games but I assume I get future dlcs?
Yes, you will get the currently planned 2 DLCs if you buy the Deluxe Edition.
Most people from here would probably tell you that it's worth it, or if you have the money buy it, if you don't have the money then don't buy it.
I really don't like these companies shady business practices and their focus on microtransactions and dlcs so I would say it does not worth to buy anything above the normal edition because you don't even know what kind of characters are you going to get, you might be dissapointed. Currently the main appeal of the deluxe edition is the 3 days of early access. The characters come later.
