Yes, you will get the currently planned 2 DLCs if you buy the Deluxe Edition.

Most people from here would probably tell you that it's worth it, or if you have the money buy it, if you don't have the money then don't buy it.

I really don't like these companies shady business practices and their focus on microtransactions and dlcs so I would say it does not worth to buy anything above the normal edition because you don't even know what kind of characters are you going to get, you might be dissapointed. Currently the main appeal of the deluxe edition is the 3 days of early access. The characters come later.

i think you should only buy ultimate if you REALLY want to and care alot about the extra stuff compared to deluxe, which deluxe seems alot like ultimate but without the 2 shenrons access and the ultimate upgrade pack (not too much of a loss depending on what you want)

so in short id say just go for deluxe, if you have the money obviously

I personally bought the ultimate edition, i was going to get the deluxe at least because i wanted the game early, but i just thought why not get the DLC included and support the developers, this is literally the only dragon ball game i have wanted other than a new Legacy of Goku game in that GBA sprite form, but it looks like we wont be getting that unfortunately, you definitely wouldn't be disappointed with the base game though.
