Remember kids, if you open up cmd as an administrator and type "netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal" and press enter it will say "ok" don't close it yet, then restart steam it will download the game significantly faster than normal but when you're done type "netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable" press enter it will say "ok" then you can close it restart steam and you'll be good to go
