Half of the world writes Month, day, year, the other half write Day, month, year. If the date looks nothing like what you think it should swap the first two and try again. It's a common thing not sure why this is so strange to you.

Just because console gets a preload, does not mean PC is going to get one. Console got a preload for the massive FF16, we did not get one, we had to download all 134 gigs(170 after unpacking.) on the day it released. Given that this game is apparently small, I wouldn't be surprised if it had no preload.

The game is out monday for EST at 6pm for deluxe/utlimate owners. Which falls in line with the Japanese release on the 8th.

You can just read that on the game's page. It clearly says that Deluxe and Ultimate edition owners will have access to the game three days before release date, with release date being 11.10.2024. That should be easy math.
