Ultra Ego is manga only so I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Manga only stuff you're unlikely to see, especially since characters like Granolah and Moro don't have official voice actors yet. Just like how Daima Goku specifies on the store page that it's Japanese language only because there isn't an English VO for Daima yet.

Beast Gohan and Orange Piccolo are very likely DLC candidates though. Ultra Ego Vegeta isn't impossible, but it's not probable.

when the anime catches the current state of the manga and this game still has people playing it, then it will arrive as DLC.
