There will be pre-download?

We do not know if there will be a pre-download or not. The game is apparently really small and small games don't get preloads.

Probably a good chance preload will start at the same time early access begins, will just have to see if they announce anything though.

Depending on the person you ask and the timezone. There is always a pre-download usually for me any new game I pre-order get's pre-downloaded somewhere after midnight, and usually doesn't release until 12 noon of that day. I'm in the US CST time.

Most pre-downloads occur over night on the day or just a day before the release.

FF16 had no preload and the game was 170 gigs xD.

The game will probably not be 30GB since the PS5 version is at least 100GB according to the display box.

There'll probably be a preload, there is one on console coming but that might not be the same case for PC.
