Everyone doesn't have the same pose transforming, watch footage again. People have different transformations and how they change into them.

idk bro i just expected more unique poses when transforming not a bunch of copy and paste. there's a few unique transformation for sure but damn everyone else seems the same. minus the animation and flashy aura

What do you want them to do? A dance into a transformation? There's only so much you can do with a transformation. Various characters have unique ones.

lmfao off bro mid goku has his namek pose when he transforms, teen gohans ssj2 transformation has the red line going through his head before he goes ssj2, broly changes the colors of the world when he transforms, ssj2 goku has a different animation when he transforms etc etc
