Doesn't the same information say the 3 DLC packs will contain content from DBS Super Hero and Daima?
There will probably be 2DLCs for Super Hero and 1 for Daima

There are licensing issues with the manga exclusive characters, don't bet on it.
It'll likely be Super Hero, Daima, and either missing BT3 characters or perhaps "what if" characters.

my guess it gon be 2 super hero packs since super hero has alot of characters n it and the one left is daima but we will see

I wouldn't call it "canon" anime given that the game includes characters from the Z movies and GT both of which contradict things in the Z anime series and Super/Daima.

Yeah but Heroes/Xenoverse couldn’t be more far away from canon if it tried. I mean GT Goku meeting Super Goku? That’s comparable to fan stuff

That's comparable to Multiverse stuff like DC Comics did back in the 80s with Crisis on Infinite Earths or like Into The Spider-Verse did in 2018.

The concept has been around for awhile. Heroes/Xenoverse is just DB's version of a multiverse story.
