Anyone notice with UI Goku's voice

He doesn't have the primal echo in his voice, like almost beast or demonic sounding when he uses super attacks or power ups? was that on the Dub only? I could have sworn it was in the Japanese version too heres the clip I was referring too, It happens a few times If I recall https://youtu.be/CG8163JKklM?t=334 5:33 is at the point in the video, I thought it was like Beast Gohan where they have like a demonic echo in their voice? Maybe I'm misunderstanding?

Yeah I continued watching from there, you even hear him when he's taking a breath it sounds almost evil and beast like growl...so I dunno I kinda liked it like this.
