Release Date Clarification

When you look up this game's release date anywhere and on console it says October 11th (8th for early access) but here on Steam it has both dates one day earlier (October 10th and 7th) Is it really coming out a day early on Steam?

Timezone differences. The release date in Steam is based on your country’s time zone

It's releasing at exactly midnight Central European Standard Time on the 11th, early access will start at midnight CEST on the 8th. US will get it on the 10th and 7th respectively because they're several hours behind Europe.
