for people who knew tech, why is Perfect Cell and Metal Cooler the best models in the game?
idk if its the shine or what

no im not calling other models bad, its more like Goku is 1080p but cell and metal cooler specifically are 4K

Because it's Perfect Cell he has to be 8K perfect.

Also Metal Cooler, he has to live up to the name, the game version is what the anime wish he could be in the 90s.

He has been realized now.
