It’s not expensive at all if you understand the development behind it. Besides you can find it cheap in CD key sites and if you still find it “expensive” then the problem stems from your money problems and not the game’s price

Even after that price, there are characters behind a paywall when the series never had that. On top of that they region locked game in a lot of regions including mine while I can play other DB games just fine

These characters aren’t “locked”. They are already in the game. You just unlock them early without progression after you put in the DLC code. Talk about not understanding the situation smh. Also this game isn’t region locked unless you live in one of those countries that Sony refuses to update and allow access. In which case it’s not Bandai Namco’s fault but Sony’s fault cos many games are locked from 85% of the world due to not updating their sales contract with other countries so the PlayStation users can play

you are right in the past you did not have to pay for dlc you had to wait a year to get the new characters in the supposed sequel like bt2 and bt3 or worst offender street fighter and its super, turbo ultra releases so in the long run you paid like 200 for all the character thats of course if you were playing since bt release

i bet everything that this will not happen also did you notice how i said "official site" im not talking about any 3rd party sites that sell cheap keys or whatever. those already exist, im talking about official sites like Steam, PSN Store, Xbox Store
