It's the same. Super sayan god super sayan was the original name but is to long so they shorted to super sayan blue. Still some media use the old name.

And like the name implies this is basically the combination of the Super sayan god (the red one) and super sayan (yellow).

i thought dragonball xenoverse 2 named it that before it was even named officially, then they had like 2 pages in the manga of goku and vegeta calling it that before whis tells them it's too annoying to say
