no that's not the SIZE of the patch that's how much data it patched, it uses patcher similar to like Path of Exile.

weather the download was 300 mb or not it patched 27 gbs of the game pretty large amount patched since games like 39 gb

that happens with EVERY patch for this game and indicates nothing. what's important is patch download size & patch notes if we have any.
