*Literally* every match has bugs and control issues.
Why am I Instant Transmissioning in front of people?

Why am I swapping from block to Perception, and being hit? Sometimes? But not other times?

Why are people deflecting my ki blasts for an extra second after coming out of a super dash? Sometimes, but not every time?

Why is my character swapping in, and being unmovable and invincible for 5+ seconds? I've had people shoot beam specials at me and waste their ki cuz it just goes right through me.

How come I get the infamous R2 issue where it makes me spam basic ki blasts, Perception, or basic melee attacks, while showing me the R2 menu, but not using the freaking ability? The problem is that the timing for this is inconsistent. Sometimes it lets me activate something immediately (after a throw or knockback of any kind, for example). But other times, I have to wait like 1-2 seconds. Zero difference in my own pattern or input. It is 100% on the game's side.

Why am I, so often, just standing there doing nothing during a neutral position in the match (like the start), because I'm trying to basic ki blast or sidestep, and just nothing is happening at all?

How come sometimes I can't recover from a knockdown for like 10 seconds?

How come, in low FPS matches, I've had the next ~5 seconds of actions queued up from buttons I was trying to press? I've vanished a person's attack once, and was granted the next 3 vanishes after that without ever pressing R1 to do so. What the ♥♥♥♥ is going on with THAT one?

I've Perception'd people's attacks without ever hitting the button to do so.

When waking up, why do I sometimes chain teleport in place for no reason other than to drain 2 of my ki bars, completely throwing the match? Or why do I immediately super dash towards my opponent, without ever putting in the input to do so?

My god, this is merely the things I can think of off the top of my head right now in this moment. *EVERY SINGLE MATCH* has something going on that isn't supposed to. I don't know if it's understood that this isn't hyperbole. This game is nothing but nuts & bolts, with a few of them missing. It needed another year, minimum, to be fully put together. What I want to know is if they're going to SERIOUSLY work on this, or just put out some new content and be done with it. And if we're all wasting our time here on these forums complaining EVERY DAY about all of the game's actual mechanical/technical issues. (And since we know companies don't look at forums or care about consumer feedback, we all know the answer to this question.)

I really wish gaming was different. I miss the old days, when games were passion projects and every single player was heard. It's gotten too corporate now... At 36 years of age, do I need to find a new hobby?????? Sorry, guess that's going down a different topic, just talking out loud here.

The game is like a sports car that looks awesome to the eye, but has serious issues under the hood. Seems like due to rushed release they did not have much time left for QA and or bug fixes. It definitely needed a few more months before release but the hype train was going way too hard and it's still going. But after some time most players will acknowledge the fact that there are big issues. There's really not much to expect from bandai namco anymore, it's just how it has become with these corporations. They are probably telling the devs how 3 million copies sold in one day is actually to be seen as a loss. Let's hope that devs are working on fixing this game right now before rushing the next years of season pass content.
