trying to figure out what internet connections icons on the left side of the screen mean

i have the same connection icons. the right is always at green, the left is always on red. within around 40 online match i only had 1 where it was lagging like crazy and eventually disconnected with an error. in all matches the icons are the same. red on the left. green on the right. i'm trying to figure out what it means and if its only on my game. i set my connection mathmaking to 4 or higher in the options. anyone have any idea about those icons?

Left is about your own computer. Right represents the opponent's computer.
If it's right, it's good. If it's red, it's not.

So the icon is telling you that your computer is slow, or experiences some issues.

what could be reason for it being red where my internet is 1 gb on fibers and i dont have any problem with anything else and also its very rare that i get lags. only happend 1 time

i have 58 fps steady on most of my games. do you think that is the problem?
