stop being so against criticism

criticism is not a bad thing. it's something that'll help the game develop and become better and the fans for this game don't understand that. the game in its current state has many problems, ranked being complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the main one and having complaints on this game is met with people saying stuff like "get good" or "stop complaining just be grateful". bro what?? i get it, we all paid money for this game and wanted it to be good (which i'm not saying it's not) but come on there are some undeniable issues in this game and if we want our money to be well spent and this game to succeed you shouldn't just pretend that this game is some perfect masterpiece when it's not.

Anyone who is against making improvements to online play functionality and balance is legit trying to sabotage the game into majority of online players leaving.

I can bet my left nut that those are the same people playing the game the least, probably not even touching online most of the time.

Obviously witnessing a Vanish War once and laughing at it is logical.
But seeing this ♥♥♥♥ constantly beyond mid ranks is killing any wish to play this game more than a few matches.

you are literally right, theres some guys on these forums who relentlessly praise this game for being perfect, reply to people saying "stop whining" whenever theres a genuine complaint. you check their achievements and they've never even played online. there was one guy who literally couldn't play online due to the server issues and he still would just defend this game no matter what even tho the game he paid for is literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ him over. it's crazy to me how people can be so blindsided

But most of the criticism is whining about no balance. Guess what its unbalanced on purpose to be realistic like the anime and manga. How would it look like if yamcha would be as strong as Cell or something like that. This game makes you feel like the actual dragon ball character with its proper power scaling. So stop your criticism cries about ssj4 gogeta being too strong or whatever.

this is not the balancing people have an issue with. "how would it look like if yamcha would be as strong as cell or something" thats pretty ironic as characters like yajirobe, recoome, burter, videl, roshi (and a lot more) can hold up with top tiers. the issues in balancing comes from stupid spammable skills and gimmicks. if you had actually played BT3 you would know how much more balanced BT3 actually is compared to this game

- Stupid game, already dead, get lost -- NO Criticism
- trolling as someone who doesn't even own the game -- NO Criticism
- crying like a toddler or flaming and insults -- NO Criticism
- I'm the one that knows how the game has to be, change this, this, this, no discussion cos I'm right, everyone else wrong -- No Criticism
- bug report - also not really Criticism but totally justified, even if I have to say, when they know about the problem, the 1000 topic about the same error doesn't help anymore.
- I don't like x and y, it's abused ... too strong ... whatever - Hey, that's actually Criticism

I'm putting valid complaints and criticism in the same boat here, anytime I've seen either of the two being said (whether on steam discussion or on social media comments whatever) it's always met with a negative response. Although yes I have also seen the things you are mentioning too

I've seen so many people defend this ♥♥♥♥ by going on about how they only want spectacle, and that the game shouldn't be balanced because it shouldn't be for sweaty tryhards, and that **insert previous game here** wasn't balanced and it was fun!

I've beaten SS4 Gogetas as Yamcha plenty of times, so...

Besides, are you saying people shouldn't be able to play their favourite characters just because it's not accurate?

You like Z, right? Imagine if you took any Z character against a GT or Super character, and you instantly get a game over as soon as they tap you to be accurate. Would that be fun, or would people complain because they can't play 99% of the cast against Whis?
