Can we use outfits mods online?

Can we use stuff like this or i will get a ban?

I've heard that cosmetics work fine while online (while anything that changes stats or fps will cause a 'connection issue'), but remember that only you will be able to see them.

Considering people are getting banned for using characters that are already in the game I wouldn't risk anything with mods. Not worth it.
