Have you ever played bt3 on a 75hz or higher monitor, much less 120+hz? Fighting games need to be locked at 60 maximum for a reason and I'd even argue slightly lower but I digress. Frames are tied to "in game" things we all know that, with fighting games it's more or less every part of "combat" so unless you actually intend to role play like you have One Piece advanced observation haki/DBZ base super saiyan reaction time, ya might end up mashing as the game feels too fast. It already feels almost too fast at 60 and I'm saying that as someone that played bt3 on my rig that can play 4k with the 120hz monitor meaning what it does as far as frames, so this game being slower by comparison still feels almost "too fast" for an arena fighter with pseudo comp/"esport" potential.
